Contact and locations

The house shall answer every letter within the week. It has done so since 1958 without exception, and before that with very few.

Writing to the house

Letters by mail are answered by mail; letters by email are answered by email, usually by the person best placed to answer, and always within the week. The House answers the telephone from nine until six, Tuesday to Saturday.

Formerly the Works, where the Nexus-6 was built, and since January 2025 the office conducting the recall. The Penfield Works stand on the same site.

Not open to visitors. Correspondence answered within two working days.
