Revised 3 November 2026

Terms of use

These terms govern the use of rosenassociation.org. The house’s obligations to keepers are set out in its Articles and in the certificate of each piece.

The site

This website is published by the Rosen Association for keepers, visitors and anyone curious about the house. Its text and drawings belong to the house. You may read, print, quote and link to anything here. You may reproduce the Atelier drawings in editorial work under the terms set out by the press office.

What the site is not

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell a piece, a contract for servicing or a certificate of provenance. Sales, servicing and certificates are made on paper, signed by the house. The verification page confirms what the public index of the Register says and nothing more.

The house’s name and mark

The name of the house and its mark, the rose with an eye at its heart, are the house’s own. Article XIII forbids the house to sell or lend either, and the house asks that nobody borrow them. A piece that bears the mark and has no record in the Register should be reported to the Provenance Office.

Pages for the house’s agents

Some pages of this site are intended only for the house’s agents and are not listed or linked. Finding one does not entitle anyone to use it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Questions may be addressed to the General Counsel at house@rosenassociation.org.
